Buying from me

The items I produce are simple, handmade and good quality. The fabric and buttons are a mix of new and recycled.
Payment is to be made at the time of order via Paypal. If the item is 'made to order' then I will email an estimated despatch date on receipt of order. All orders will be carefully packaged and dispatched to your Paypal address using Royal Mail 1st class post. Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
