Hello and welcome x
All the jewellery pieces in my folksy store have been handmade by me in my Silvella Studio in Llantrisant.. I use traditional silversmithing techniques to create every piece.

Some pieces can be recreated but no two pieces will be the same.

All my handmade jewellery will arrive in the designer Silvella box complete with gift bag..

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Personalised items and earrings are exempt from the money back guarantee due to the item having made made to your specifications therefore having a non resale value and hygiene reasons with the earrings.

Any faulty items will be replaced or repaired.
