Waited 2 weeks to receive it but then I received a card in the door to say there was a package with Royal Mail which could not be delivered as there was no postage on it. I had to pay Royal Mail for the postage.
I have been in contact with the company and I do believe it was a genuine mistake on their behalf, however it was rather inconvenient for me as the customer.
