Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
We always try to provide detailed pictures and guidance, to ensure an accurate representation of the jewellery. We are confident in the quality of the art wear and we expect your items to arrive in the same condition as they left our studio.
Nevertheless, we are able to offer a return policy. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to the address of Polyanna Designs within 7 days of receiving it. Returns must be in new and unused condition.They can not indicate that they have been in use. Jewellery can not show any scratches, blemishes, marks or damage. Original packaging and proof of purchase are essential. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted. Please, have in mind that we can only process returns when payment has included postal insurance. We can not held responsibility if any damage occurs, or the package has been lost during transport.

If you receive jewellery which has a slight a difference in colour please take into consideration that it might be 2 reasons for it. 1.Properties in your computer may vary to ours. 2. Mother Nature always create everything in one of a kind type.This should be acknowledged as uniqueness and charm of each piece, and is not a valid as reason for the return within Minerals Collection.
WARRANTY
Polyanna offers a full statutory warranty covering manufacturing and material defects for genuine branded Polyanna products purchased from Polyanna own stores (including Online) The warranty policy can be found under Customer Service at www.polyannadesigns.co.uk at any time. The terms of the warranty may vary between markets and regions. The warranty only covers damage that in the opinion of Polyanna is not caused by accident or inappropriate use, ordinary wear and tear, modification, attempted repair, negligence or by failure to follow Polyanna's special product Care Advice. The Care Advice can be found under Customer Service at www.polyanadesigns.co.uk at any time. The Care Advise are clearly displayed in every Polyanna shop.
