Buying from me

I am able to create custom orders which will be costed based on the size and complexity of the design.
All my work is created at my home in Norfolk. Nothing is mass produced and therefore can vary in size, shape and colour. All pieces are food safe and have been boiling water tested prior to dispatch.
All items are packaged using sustaniable materials. Double walled boxes and corrugated card are used to pack all pieces securely ensuring that they reach you in excellent condition.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
