Lovey Dovey Design is a creative studio based in the far north of Scotland with over 12 years in the design and print industry. Because most of our items are personalised we ask you to allow up to 5 working days for dispatch after approving your proof. We always aim to email a proof within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
We do not except returns on any item which has been personalised in any way or is a bespoke design unless damaged or broken. Items must be returned to the seller for a full refund or replacement.
