Buying from me

All orders will be dispatched as quickly as possible, within 3 days.
UK delivery is usually delivered in 2 to 3 working days from the date of dispatching.

Your item will come in a pillow box lined with felt to protect the jewellery. There is also a hand written Thank You & Enjoy note included in the padded envelope.

Some items are sent in a small box. It will say this in the item's description.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
