If you don't see what you want in my shop, or you want a special item, please get in touch. I am happy to discuss commissions.
All ready-made items are posted as quickly as possible. Standard postage, or tracked for larger items, is included in the price of your item. If you wish to upgrade the postage, do contact me and I will calculate the extra cost.

Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Standard Returns Policy applies to your purchases, unless an item has been personalised, altered for your personal specifications, or made specifically for you. In these cases, a refund is not possible, unless the item is faulty.
If there is a fault with your item, please contact LizzieMade first. A repair may be possible and we can discuss what can be done and arrange for the item to be returned for repair, replacement or refund.
