Buying from me

Lisa Monis Designs is based at the kitchen table of our old Victorian town house in Wiltshire. Each product has a story and my characters are often inspired by people I know and meet but with a very liberal dose of my imagination thrown in. I design and create unique pieces mixing freehand machine embroidery and hand stitching, carefully chosen new fabrics with real old hand me down treasures from my Grandma’s or Great Aunt’s own sewing baskets.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
