All items are handmade by myself using only the very best high quality fabrics ensuring that you receive a first class quality product. Purchases are carefully packaged using 100% recyclable packaging and are despatched within 3 working days of receipt of order.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Once your order is complete your parcel will be carefully packaged using eco-friendly and recyclable packaging. You will recieve a notification email advising you that your parcel has been shipped. Please be aware that during the current Covid-19 restrictions, delivery may take a little longer than normal. Lilybets UK takes no responsibility for items that are lost, stolen or damaged during shipping. Once your item leaves Lilybets it is the carriers responsibility to deliver. If you have not recieved your parcel within 14 days of the despatch notification email please contact me @lesleylayland@yahoo.co.uk and I will try and locate the parcel for you. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES Once the parcel has left Lilybets we are not responsible for any delays due to customs. If any international taxes occur when our products are shipped outside of the UK, it is the customers responsibility to pay for these fees. RETURNS POLICY Lilybets has a 7 day returns policy from receipt of product. Lilybets can only accept returns if the item is damaged or faulty. Once you recieve your purchase, if the item is found to be faulty, defective or you have recieved the wrong product, please contact me as soon as possible so that I can rectify the problem. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt, in the same condition that you recieved it, unused and in it's original packaging. You'll also need to enclose the reciept or proof of purchase.
