All items are lovingly made with quality fabric, embroidery floss and fabric paints.
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days of cleared funds.
We endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible but please be aware that overseas packages may take longer to reach you.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
If you are not happy with your purchase please contact me ASAP and I'll do all I can to to correct it.
All items are well packaged and protected to insure your item arrives to you in perfect condition, but unfortunately I cannot be held responsible for damage during transit.
I will happily replace and refund an item, providing you return the product to
me in it's original condition within 28 days of receipt and proof of postage
Returns postage costs are the responsibility of the sender.
- please bear in mind all products are unique and cannot be replaced with identical copies.
