Buying from me

My work is designed digitally, combining my expertise with my trained artist's eye to make beautiful, eye catching designs.
The designs are printed then the image is transferred to specially coated tiles etc using a heat and pressure process.

Postage-
Any item ordered, will be posted within 5 days of your order, tracked and insured.
All items will be securely packaged. I may use recycled packaging externally
Any items lost or damaged in transit will be refunded or replaced.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
