Buying from me

Pendants come with sterling silver (SS), soldered jump ring but no chain as you may already have a suitable one. If not (buying as a gift?) an 18”SS chain or leather cord with magnetic clasp are available for purchase. Pendants are shown on both chain and cord. Earrings are complete with SS ear wires. Both are supplied with a little organza pouch and posted using 2nd class Royal Mail (large letter). Please see my Returns Policy which appears at the end of each listing.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Items will be sent by second class Royal Mail (large letter), well packaged and complete with an organza pouch. Please note that, in the event of you returning an item, the return postage will be payable by you unless the item is proven to be faulty, otherwise only the cost of the item will be refunded. The item you see here is the one you will receive so, if you are unsure of size etc, please check before ordering. Please note that enamelled items are made of glass and so, although relatively sturdy and robust, they may still break or crack if dropped onto a hard surface. Earrings cannot be returned, for reasons of hygiene, unless they are proven to be faulty. Although the enamels used are lead-free, the pieces should be kept away from small children because of the copper content and the small parts.
