Buying from me

Every item made by Handmade Gemms is made by hand and therefore each piece is unique. Handmade Gemms take time to create special pieces that you will love to have in your home or give as presents.

Items will be shipped as soon as they are completed by standard first class mail. I always obtain proof of postage.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Any items that are custom made or personalised are not able to returned and therefore it it imperative that details of any custom / personalised items are checked throughly before they are confirmed as once items have been made, they are non returnable or refundable.
