Buying from me

Our creations are made with care and love. As we hand-cut all the glass we use, and due to the way in which the glass reacts to the heat in the kiln, no two pieces we make are ever exactly the same.

I use Royal Mail 2nd Class postage wherever possible. If you would like me to give you a cost for an alternative postal service please message me.

Wherever possible we try to reuse packing (we get loads with the glass supplies).

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
