We source our fabrics from all over the world through our fabulous contacts. We only work with high quality materials. Our designs derive from our extensive creative backgrounds. We produce childrens' clothing like no other. Unique. Quirky. Individual. Fabulous.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

All Folksy payments are paid via Paypal. If you have not got a Paypal account then you can still pay for the items using a debit or credit card, you can do this by following the online instructions on the payment page.

Items purchased will be posted across the UK within 1 working day of payment being cleared. Items purchased will be sent using Royal Mail 1st Class post.

If you wish to return an item/s and receive a full refund, including original p&p then the item/s purchased must be unused and also in any original packaging. Proof of postage for returns is needed should any problems arise, to protect both parties.
