Fossdesign started up its design 'engine' back in the depths of a cold winter in 2010. After over 15 years in the graphic design business, we are now delighted to be really following our dream, to create professional design and artwork for all you lovely people.....that's not only super creative, but above all affordable and unique!

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Fossdesign we pride ourselves on our design diversity, creativity and strive to operate a friendly business. We want you to have a truly enjoyable design experience, and stress we never, ever, put anything other than 100% into each and every project we undertake!

We carefully check all our clients for custom works ensuring we are a good 'design match', this is critical for both parties, based on the most part from our design brief questions. Our aim to create something you are proud and happy to use.

Refund Policy
If you happen to change your mind, not to worry, but please be sure to notify Fossdesign ** within 24HOURS of purchase and BEFORE ** the first round of concepts are sent for a full refund.

We must clearly state that Fossdesign offers absolutely **no refunds** after any design work has commenced.
