We are different! Textile Jewellery is made using the finest materials: Crochet Beads (I make myself) fabrics, yarn, leather cord, gemstones. Also new handbags collection. I enjoy exploring colour combinations and natural stones mixed with fabrics. I tried to find something different and original – just my own design.... I hope you will find something unique!

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

I use First Class Royal Mail for UK customers.Typical delivery time is 1-3 days.Posting is daily Mon-Fri, any orders received after 2 pm Friday wull be posted first class Monday morning.Guaranteed next day delivery for UK addresses using special delivery can be arranged if required. All Items will be bubble wrapped for security reasons. For not UK customers – please be aware that it can take over 7 business days for an item to reach you.

DELIVERY ADDRESS:
Please make sure that your Folksy address is the same as your PayPal address. If there's a discrepancy between the addresses, I ship to the confirmed PAYPAL address. This is to ensure that the transaction is protected through PayPal.
However, if you would like the item you are purchasing to be sent as a gift to someone at an address different to your confirmed PayPal address, then please tell me in the 'note to seller' section & include the recipients address.

All beautiful Items will be packed in organza bags, perfect for both safe-keeping, or gifting and giving.

RETURN
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you may return (unused goods) within 7 business days of receiving them. You must contact me before returning any items, and I reserve the right to refuse any returns if the condition of the goods differs from that which was sent out. All refunds will be issued via Paypal for the price of the goods only - initial postage costs are non-refundable, but in cases where goods are not as ordered or damaged please contact me to discuss - customer care is a priority.

Custom orders welcome for jewelry. Be aware that I may have to order supplies in order to create your special piece(s), so please make sure you allow ample time for a wedding or other special event before ordering.
Please protect your Falling Dew Design piece from contact with liquids that may tarnish silver, change the color of crocheted beads and weaken components over time
