Buying from me

I aim to post orders within 24 hours of payment being received. Orders paid for before 12.00pm on any working day will be posted the same day. Orders paid for after 12.00pm may be posted the following day. On Saturday, orders paid for before 10.00am will be posted that day, orders paid for after 10.00am will be posted the following Monday morning.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
