Buying from me

I am trading in a safer way and have organised next day collection with Royal mail. Please be aware that Royal Mail will collect your package from Monday to Saturday but not on a Sunday.
your item will be wrapped in tissue paper inside and surrounded by paper bubble wrap and wood wool as opposed to their plastic counter parts to try and cut back on plastic as much as possible so my packaging is more sustainable. For smaller items i will also package your item in a handmade origami box.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
