Hi my name is Sam (Dizzy) and I have always loved making things for myself, family and friends.
With the help of my best friend Jane (Dotty) we created Dizzy and Dotty Gifts.
We will happily customise orders for you whether it be a different quote, adding a quote or sourcing or creating a figure or character you cannot see in our shop. Please contact us if we can help you to create the perfect picture.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
