Crow Wood Candles are handmade in Northumberland with an emphasis on creating a natural atmosphere in your space. Made in small batches using simple quality ingredients blended with pure essential oils, my products are Free from additives & synthetic fragrances. The Soya wax I use for the candles is sourced in Europe and manufactured in the UK, it is Vegan, Sustainable and Biodagradable. Orders ship via Royal mail 2nd class, please message if you would prefer expidited delivery service.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
