Hi! I'm Kirsty! The Crafting Nook is where you find individually made to order items from top notch materials, made individually for you and your home.
All items are hand made by me at a teeny table in the corner of my bedroom, surrounded by flowers, scented candles and (always!) tea.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
General: Refunds must be raised within 14 days from the date of postage in the UK and Europe and within 21 days for the rest of the world.
Lost items: Refunds will not be given for lost items, only replacements will be offered which in turn cannot be returned. The postage must be paid for by the customer before the replacement can be sent.
In the case of lost packages outside of the UK, the customer is required to contact customs to ensure that they are not withholding the item. Replacements can not be sent until this has been completed with evidence. A case must also be raised with Royal Mail (with reference number) before replacements can be sent.
Note: Lost items will occasionally be returned to the sender, in which case a refund may be offered if a replacement has not already been sent.
Damaged items: For claims of damage, a photo clearly showing the damaged item must be sent via personal message before a refund can be discussed and then the item must be sent to me for examination.
Change of mind: If you have changed your mind during shipment, you may return the item unopened to me within 14 days for a full refund (minus postage).
Custom orders: Due to the nature of custom orders being discussed in length, custom orders can only be returned if they are faulty or are to be returned for amendment. In the case of the latter, shipping costs are to be paid for by the customer.
