Buying from me

I make every item from good quality materials. It's important that my customers feel confident to buy handcrafted jewellery and therefore I always employ techniques that will help ensure my items are durable and stay good looking for as long as possible. My guarantee to you is that I will repair items free of charge if they get damaged in normal wear. Please ask me for details of how to keep copper and silver items in their original condition.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
