Buying from me

Welcome to my shop. When you buy from me you can expect to find unique handmade crochet items made by me. Everything is made using good quality yarn and is available in a variety of colours. All my craft supplies comes from my stash and is good quality. Custom orders can be requested in a particular colour, size or design. All my items are shipped within 3-5 business days and only to the UK.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Returns are accepted provided the item/s is returned within 14 working days, where a full refund will be given. The item should be in its original state and in its packaging when returned, please note that your monies will not be refunded until the item has been received.

Please note that return postage is not refundable.
