Buying from me

If you buy one of my pieces, rest assured that you are purchasing something that has been created with love, care and imagination. I am very proud of my work and learning new things all the time. I run my business solely, so it will be me who also packs and ships your order. I aim to get orders packed and posted within 3 days, via Royal Mail, unless you request an alternative carrier.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
