Buying from me

I design, create and make beautiful little dolls and cute animals in felt or fabric. The child in you will love my creations.
Your purchase will be posted within 3 days either by Hermes or Royal Mail. If there is any problem I will let you know. Customs orders are welcome please email me to discuss details and shipping time.
All my work is sewn by hand, very seldom I use a sewing machine.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
