Buying from me

All items in my shop are handcrafted by me in Bridgnorth, Shropshire. Each item is individually made using beautiful materials to bring you something unique that nobody else will have; most of the bags are one offs. Everything is ready to despatch which means that you are receiving the bag that is pictured and I will despatch within 1-3 days of your order.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
