Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Actual colours may vary slightly from those shown due to the nature of scanning, photographing and your computer monitor colour settings.

If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, then please let me know and I will gladly exchange or refund your purchase. If you would like a refund, I ask that you return the item unused and in it's original packaging within 14 days of receipt (refunds exclude shipping costs, unless faulty).
