I CCOnlineproducts am the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop.

When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Folksy. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button on Folksy, I will receive your username and email address.

The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:

Ordered the plaque on the 3rd April. The next day we received a email from the seller saying the proof would be with us shortly. After 2 weeks and 2 unanswered emails, we still hadn't received the proof. After emailing folksy support, the seller eventually replied saying the proof would be sent the following day. Still nothing. Another email and phone call to chase, more emails to folksy, eventually proof was sent. A week after that we received the plaque and both the legs were broken, so we've had to attach them ourselves. Although the front of the plaque was sufficient, the overall communication from the seller and general service was not acceptable. It was a personalised item for my brother and dad who had passed away and feel like the whole thing from ordering to receiving the item broken was unnecessarily stressful and upsetting. Unfortunately wouldn't recommend this seller.
