Buying from me

We offer a range of four standard sizes in most colours, however, some pet beds are one offs.

We cater for large dogs for example Labradors or Retrievers, however, if you require a larger pet bed I am more than happy to accommodate. Please drop me a message!

I will send pet beds with a courier with delivery time of 3-5 days, your order will generally be processed in 1-2 days.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Purchases cannot be cancelled as they may have been shipped the same day as your order, however, please contact me if you have any issues.

Due to the nature of the product, once used it cannot be returned. If you suspect an item is faulty please let us know as soon as possible. We are not responsible for any damage your pet causes to the product.

The customer must pay returns fees. Please make sure you have selected the correct size for your pet, as postage for large items can be pricey.
