Buying from me

All the items in Box 57 are hand-crafted and completely individual. The theme might be similar but each item is made and sold as a one-off, meaning that you're buying something completely unique.

Every gift will be packaged in a presentation box, and every card will come with a matching envelope and plastic sleeve. Everything will be sent to you via Royal Mail First Class post, and I'll send a notification of dispatch.

So....go ahead and open the Box.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
