Buying from me

I post UK items as 1st Class letters, everywhere else I use International Standard. Both offer compensation up to £20. Please contact me for other shipping options.

Because my designs grow with your baby, sizing is a bit different. Unless your child is very big/small for its age, please use the age indications as a guide.

I adhere to the UK safety regulations, and all seams are overlocked for a professional finish. Wash items with care & similar colours at 30 degrees and do not tumble dry.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

If you are really not happy with your item, please send me a message so we can see what I can do about it. I will strive to work something out with you so you have an item you are totally happy with!
If all else fails you can cancel the order and get a refund within fourteen days of receipt of the item, provided the item has not been used. All shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer and will not be refunded.

In the unlikely event your item proves to be faulty it can be returned within six months of payment being made and your payment will be refunded. Alternatively I will replace your item with a similarly priced new item of your choice.
