Buying from me

I love getting beautiful things in the post, to me it's part of the whole shopping experience, so all our items are beautifully packaged in a black gift box tied with a duck egg blue grosgrain ribbon. All our items can be customised so please message me if you would like chain lengths altering, a different colour etc. All our items are nickel and lead free, ear hooks can be changed to sterling silver at a small extra cost so again please feel free to message me.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
