Shipping Times:
I will ship out your order within 3 working days of receiving.
While I guarantee that your order will be shipped on time, I am not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier service, customs clearance, or peak holiday seasons. Once the package is in the hands of the postal carrier, the delivery timeline is outside of my control. Please note: Sellers are not responsible for postal delays, transit issues, or customs holds.
UK Postage:
Items will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class with tracking. The delivery is usually 1-3 business days, but can be longer. Although including tracking increases the postage cost, it ensures that your items are fully traceable during transit.
International Postage Letter Sized Packages (excluding U.S]:
Letter sized items, such as stickers, will be sent via Royal Mail International 1st Class Tracked. Although the tracking increases the postage cost, it ensures that your items are fully traceable during transit. This delivery method is usually 3-7 business days, but can be longer.
International Postage Large Letter Sized Packages (excluding U.S):
All international accessories orders; such as earrings and brooches, will be sent via Royal Mail International 1st Class Tracked. Although the tracking increases the postage cost, it ensures that your items are fully traceable during transit. This delivery method is usually 3-7 business days, but can be longer.
International Postage United States Only:
Due to the tariffs for importing into the United States, items will be sent Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked, with delivery duty paid (DDP). The delivery is usually 3-7 business days, but can be longer. DDP requires a tracked postal service, and the cost of the DDP is determined by the value and weight of a package. Unfortunately this means it can be quite a high postage price point. I am hopeful this price will go down in the future if and when the tariff situation changes for importing goods into the United States.
EU Shipping:
As a UK-based small business, I am happy to ship nationwide and to non-EU international countries. However, I can no longer support delivery to EU countries. This is due to complex EU trade policies, specifically the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), along with strict customs requirements and international postal changes. Unfortunately, the administration required to meet these legal frameworks is unsustainable for my shop. I sincerely apologise to my EU customers for the inconvenience
Customs & Import Fees:
Please be aware that orders outside of the U.K. may be subject to custom or duty fees, or an import fee/tax. The buyer is responsible for payments of these fees.
Packaging:
I do not offer a formal gift wrapping service, but all items are carefully and securely packaged to ensure they arrive safely. I am happy to include a printed gift note with your order free of charge! Please send me a direct message with your custom note immediately after placing your order, and I will gladly include it in the box.

It all started as I wanted to make some stickers for my own travel journal. I went extreme and bought myself a cutting machine simply to make myself a few stickers! I loved that anything I could think of and draw I could make into a sticker for my journals and scrapbooks.
I was encouraged by a good friend to set up an online shop as they said other people might enjoy the designs. Starting with a decent, but old, Canon Printer and a Cricut machine (who I lovingly called Kevin). I made a few sticker sheet designs from the digital drawings I had made for myself.
It’s all spiralled from there! I now have invested in a better printer, with longer lasting inks, as well a different more reliable cutting machine - she's called Bertha. Kevin was adopted by someone else who now uses him to make felt patterns.
After creating stickers, I was inspired to learn about printable shrink plastic and how to use UV resin. I wanted to make some of my designs as earrings for myself. This reignited my love for creating earrings. Which was a hobby I had as a teenager - I remember sitting with my mum at craft fairs helping her sell her knitted jumpers and I’d have a few sets of polymer clay earrings to sell. This wonderful time in my life with my mum, encouraged me to share some of the shrink plastic designs I'd made on Etsy as well. I was so chuffed when I sold my first pair. I am just as chuffed for every sale. It's lovely to know someone likes something you made.
The designing and creating for the store really brings me joy, and I have loved learning new crafts along the way. I’m looking forward to see what else inspires me and different ways to create. Thanks for being with me on this journey! It's wonderful to have you here.
