The customer service Isobel offers is exceptional! I requested the bow headband in navy which she made as a bespoke order at no extra cost. It was sent within a couple of days but unfortunately didn’t arrive due to a major Royal Mail failure. However, she made me another which arrived safely and it’s perfect - beautifully made and at such a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

beautiful earrings I wear them all the time...which leads on to the packing which again was thoughtful, beautifully done but a little expensive and not needed as they were for me. Perhaps (I have seen it done elsewhere) you could ask if either basic packaging or the deluxe gift wrapping is needed? I would certainly pay extra if they were a gift for someone but would appreciate a slightly cheaper option if they are for me. Hope you accept this feedback as I have bought from you in the past and will again in the future.
