Treaclezoo: a menagerie of handcrafted goodness & kawaii plush! Catering for the cute-crazy brigade.
Amigurumi – the stuffed crocheted critters, and kawaii goodness is what Treaclezoo is about. I have a thing about yummies, but there is only so much a girl can eat, so nestled amongst the kawaii things you will find superb faux food. Treaclezoo goodies are handsewn and crocheted with loving attention to detail. Everything you see in my shop is designed, and made by me - no children or sweatshop workers here. I love what I make, and I share that love with you!

Shipping
Shipping within 48hrs of payment clearing, though in practice, usually same day or next by 1st class. Items of higher value go recorded, which requires signature on delivery.
I will confirm I have shipped goods via Folksy email. Please note shipping fees are for postage AND packing
I always request certificate of posting from UKPO, which confirms the PO is in receipt of the parcel & that correct postage has been paid for.
Upgrades for more secure shipping can be arranged, please contact me for discussion of your requirements.
I am pleased to add that I have shipped many times to the US, also I have shipped to S. Africa, Australia, China/HK, Europe, and of course inland, and problems with missing or delayed parcels is extremely rare.
If your parcel hasn't arrived within a reasonable time, please let me know.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please consider your purchase carefully and ask if you are unsure about anything I make, I would be more than happy to give more details or answer any queries. I say all this because doing refunds & exchanges online by post can be a faff & laborious compared to down your local high street - I don't mind so long as you don't mind! I aim to have 100% happy customers!
So if anything is amiss in your purchase, please contact me for details on exchanges or refunds. Generally, refunds are only given for goods returned in original condition as when sold, buyer pays postage. Refunds are through paypal once I have received the goods.

All my goodies are made to a high standard of care; all parts are securely sewn, and I use polyfil that complies to BS 5852 & safety toy eyes. None of my products are suitable for children under 3 years old. All items made in a smoke-free house.
