Meet the maker Sally Ball

Hi,

My name is Sally Ball and, although I've always been creative to some extent ( I was not nominated 'the girl with too many hobbies' for nothing!), I have only been beading 'properly' for the past 2 years or so. This particular interest came about after I bought a beading magazine out of curiosity - tried it. loved it, and the rest is history...

Being handmade, no two items are exactly the same even if the same beads and processes are used - and, given that I rarely duplicate the items I make, you can be assured of owning something unique.

I have sold at craft fairs, and done jewellery commissions for weddings, 21st birthday presents and ruby wedding anniversaries. I am willing to undertake commissions - just get in touch to let me know what you want.

Now the technical stuff.

P&P

I post UK items 1st Class and my postage charge includes postage and packaging. I always get a certificate of postage - if you want it sent Special Delivery, or insured, let me know and I will send you a revised price. The item will be posted within 7 days of payment being received - usually sooner.

For non-UK orders, goods will be sent airmail, within the above terms, but unfortunately I cannot offer insurance.

Refunds and Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please let me know within 10 working days of receipt and I will try and sort this out. If the item is faulty, please return promptly and I will either fix it or give a refund - if you want to return it for any other reason, any refunds are offered at my discretion.

Any refunds will be issued via Paypal less the initial postage costs , refunding of return postage is at my discretion.

Due to the one-off nature of my jewellery, I don't offer exchanges.

General care and maintainance
The jewellery I make is not especially fragile, but please treat items with care, especially around young children - in particular those under 3 - as beads do not make good toys. The rings attaching the clasp to the item are a deliberate weak point, designed to open to prevent possible injury if the item is pulled sharply and it does not mean the item is faulty if this happens (if you still have the jump ring, it is also fairly easy to fix)
