Meet the maker Margaret Keane

I started making soap about 4 years ago for a hobby, as I realised more and more, that my day job didn't allow me the creative fulfillment I had secretly always wanted. I took a couple of classes and was hooked. From then I went on to do courses on soap making, legislation and natural creams. My passsion is working out how all the different oils work together to produce a truly natural soap or cream with different properties and effects. All my products have been certified as safe by an independent chemist according to EU legislation and I try to source packaging which is recyled or recycable wherever possible. All my soap packaging is recycled and sourced locally. The beautiful designs on my packaging and the lovely photos have all been done by the very talented Jacqui at PRINT for LOVE of WOOD
