PAYMENT

I prefer payment to be immediate but should you wish to reserve an item until payday (because payday is sometimes slow in coming) please contact me. As I'm in the UK, Paypal is my preferred method of payment, it also safe, secure and ensures your purchases are dispatched quickly Remember, even if you do not have an account with PayPal you can still pay by this process with your debit or credit card..

SHIPPING

I strive to have your purchase in the post within 24 hours of payment clearing, unless payment clears after midday on Friday, item will then be posted on Monday, I will confirm posting by email and you should receive your purchase the next working day, I always obtain Proof Of Postage. Each piece will be wrapped in tissue, boxed and plenty of bubble wrap or padded envelope.

UK: 1st Class shipping is free to UK addresses.
Items sent to UK addresses will be posted by Royal Mail first class with proof of posting and should arrive 1-3 business days after dispatch. Packages are insured up to a value of £41 as standard. If you would like your items dispatched for "Next Day" delivery, or with higher insurance this can be arranged at extra cost to you. Please contact me to discuss before placing your order. Please remember, "Next Day" delivery will require a signature.

Ireland: Royal Mail 1st class, £1.10. See above for further info.

Overseas: International Signed For, £5.50.
I now only use "International Signed For" for any overseas dispatches. Its cost-effective and secure delivery service that requires a signature on delivery, fully trackable and insured against loss and damage.

All custom charges are paid for by the buyer.

REFUND POLICY

It is my wish that you are completely happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not please let me know with 48 hours of receipt and I will happily refund or exchange. Please package return item carefully and where possible use original packing, I cannot issue a refund should item be damaged on the return journey. I strongly recommend that you use Special Delivery to return item for insurance purposes, I cannot refund items lost in post, please be aware that you are responsible for return postage costs.

No refund or exchange is offered on earrings due to Health and Safety rules, if you have any query please ask before purchase.

Every effort is made to ensure your purchase reaches you in perfect condition, should your new piece of jewellery be damaged due to transit please contact me immediately.

Sale items are non refundable unless defective or faulty.

Guarantees
Your new piece of jewellery is guaranteed for 3 months, should a be repair/replacement be needed in this time due to normal wear and tear contact me immediately. Repair/replacement will be free of charge, return item with its original packing by registered post (for insurance purposes).

If after 3 months there will likely be a small charge for materials and shipping etc
