Meet the maker Stacey Richards

Sample Remix was formed whilst studying for my degree at University. Prominently working on womens wear collections, I also branch out into accessories. All pieces are hand made by me in my London Studio. I do everything from designing, pattern cutting, toiling to making the finished pieces you see here.

Sample Remix is all about making something unique, British and just for you.

As a company I specialize in one-off couture pieces, custom made, measured and cut for the wearer. Giving them that unique edge that I have a reputation for.

The best way to describe my work would be that the work is like wearing a functional piece of art, that has been made just for you.

Payment

Paypal is the preferred payment method as its safe.
Payment to be made within 10 days of item selling.
If you change your mind about an item, please email and we can try to work something out before I ship it. But once its gone, im afraid its gone.

Shipping

Within the UK - I prefer to send everything 1st class recorded so we both have peace of mind. I will also send items special delivery if you need it a.s.a.p.
Outside UK - I prefer to send things air mail and insured.

Sample Remix is not responsible for delayed, lost, or damaged goods while they are in the hands of the Post Office. If there are any complications, though, please make us aware of the situation and we will do what we can from our side to remedy the issue.

For our international customers, please keep in mind any fees or customs charges are not the responsibility of Sample Remix.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are available, given the item is in pristine condition and shows no signs of wear, although shipping costs of the garment cost will be deducted. Any returns must be done within ten days of receiving the order.

Because we only sell one of pieces, exchanges are rarely possible. If you have doubts about purchasing an item due to concerns of how it will fit you, please feel free to contact us and we'll happily provide any specifics that you may need.
