UK orders are posted first class "Recorded Delivery" and international orders are shipped "Airsure" or International "Signed For"

If your item is in stock I will post it the next working day.
If the item is a custom order I will be in contact with you. My current turnaround for custom orders is 5 - 7 working days.

International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.

Returns
Your satisfaction is very important to me. If you are unhappy with an item purchased from stock, I will refund your purchase less postage costs if you return it in original condition, unworn and unused postmarked within 14 days of sale.

Exchanges are at my discretion, please contact me as soon as possible.

Regretfully, earrings cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons.

Custom made pieces can only be returned at my discretion. Please, make sure you measure your ring size carefully as rings cannot be returned if your measurements are wrong.
