Meet the maker Tracy Drew

OMG….where do I begin?
Well…. I’m a mum of 3 (or 4 - if you include the husband - hee hee). I have a 17year old son, a 14 year old daughter and a 2 year old daughter. I love them all to pieces.
I have always been artistic and in my early years wanted so much to become an artist, going to college with the hope of going onto university. Real life took over….long story…. And so this never worked out for me. This year however, I am starting a foundation year of a degree in art and design, and I can’t wait for it all to begin.
All of the items in my shop have been hand decorated by myself. I hope that you enjoy looking at them (and hopefully buying them) as much as I have enjoyed making them.

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING
All items that you purchase will be posted to you using the Royal Mail. I will post items within three days of your payment clearing. I will send you a message when your item has been sent.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
I will take every care to ensure your product reaches you in perfect condition. If however you are not entirely happy with the product, you can return it in it’s original conditional within 14 days of receipt, and I will either exchange or provide you with a full refund. Please contact me before returning any item. This however excludes any item I have written personal messages on, for example…. names, dates etc.
