Additional information
All of my screenprinted items are made by hand using a Gocco machine. This means that each piece is unique, and there may be slight variations between pieces in terms of registration and color - resulting in one-of-a-kind mini pieces of art which simply cannot be achieved using traditional laser printing. Additionally, with the Gocco it is possible to print with white ink on dark card, and metallic silver/gold and pearlescent inks are also available.

All of my pieces are printed on high-quality recycled card (75-100% depending on colour). Cards, tags and notebooks are packaged in 100% biodegradeable / compostable cornstarch bags.

My home is smoke-free and pet-free.

Shipping
99.9% of the time I ship within 3 days after payment is received. I like to try to ship the next day, but sometimes this doesn’t happen! I will always let you know if shipping is going to be delayed. I also like to reuse shipping materials whenever possible.

By default I ship everything Royal Mail first class but I can ship Recorded Delivery if you prefer, please contact me for a revised invoice before paying. I am happy to ship internationally! I use Royal Mail airmail which takes 5-7 days depending on destination. Please note that non-EU customers are responsible for any duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Payment
Payment is due within three days via paypal.

Custom orders
I would be happy to work with you on a custom order! I love making custom wedding stationery - from invitations and RSVPs to coordinating menus, save-the-date cards, thank-you notes and even website banners! I would be happy to customize one of my current designs, or create a new design especially for you.

For wedding invitations, after purchasing one of my samples, if you then decide to go ahead with a custom order I will reimburse the cost of the sample from the final invoice.

Unfortunately I’m unable to offer refunds/exchanges on custom wedding stationery unless I’ve made a mistake. All proofs should be double-checked by you before giving me the OK to start printing as I cannot be responsible for any mistakes/typos in the wording that you supply me with.
