About me
I love anything crafty (I think I keep Hobbycraft in business!) but my main love lies with knitting and crochet. Everything I create is made by hand, and I use the highest quality materials. I work full time as a graphic designer, so most of my spare time is spent working on my hobbies. I guess the fact that my day is spent in front of a computer screen, makes getting home and being able to make things with my own fair hands a real joy!

Postage and Packaging
Once an order and payment has been received, I post items the same or next day (unless something unexpected comes up, in which case I will always contact you.) Cards are sent in heavyboard mailers, and wooly items in jiffy bags. Please note that although I do everything I can to make sure items reach you in top condition and as quickly as possible, we all know Royal Mail aren’t always the best (!!) so please contact me if you have any problems and I shall try and resolve the issue as best as I can.

Feedback
If you purchase something from me (whopee!) please could I ask you to leave me some feedback - i'd love to know what you think of my products! It isn’t that obvious for how you need to leave feedback on here but follow these instructions, and hopefully you’ll be OK

1. Log in
2. Go to Your Account
3. Under Your Personal Profile, the 3rd item down says, “stuff you’ve bought”
4. Once you click in there, you will have the purchases you’ve made, there will be a link there that says “feedback”
5. Leave feedback and make me smile!

Custom Orders
I always love to receive queries about custom orders. Whether you like one of my items already for sale and just want a different colour, or if you want a completely new item, please feel free to contact me and I’ll see what I can do!
