Hello - I am a Londoner and, technically, a graphic designer but I left the corporate world to spend more time with my children, work from home and make stuff.
I am a lover of all things haberdashery and have been known to get overly excited by buttons...

• Welcome •
Thank you for visiting, I hope you have found something you love.
All items in my shop are my own designs and handmade by me.
I love colour and texture.
I use a a mixture of materials including: yarn, buttons, beads, ribbon and fabrics. These may be new, vintage or recycled
My items are all unique - you will never see another that is identical.

• Payment •
Payment is by PayPal only.
You do not need a PayPal account - you can also use a credit card via PayPal.
Please pay straight away via the checkout at the time of purchase or within 24 hours.
If no payment is received within this time, and I have not heard from you, the transaction will be cancelled and the item re-listed.
Items are shipped only after payment is received.

• Shipping •
Items are sent via Royal Mail First Class post.
I will contact you once your item has been dispatched.
I am not responsible for items lost in the post, however I will report any item missing to Royal Mail and follow their compensation process.

• Refunds and Exchanges •
If you are unhappy with your item then please contact me as soon as possible. I try to describe my items clearly and in detail with a variety of photos so there should be no problems. However, if it is mutually agreed that the item needs returning, on receipt of the item I will refund the original amount you paid minus any postage costs incurred by myself or you.

I am happy for my work to be blogged on the condition that you credit me with and provide a link to my shop.
