PAYMENT

As there is currently no other option here on Folksy - all payments must be made via paypal.

Any payment must be made within 24 hours of item being purchased or sale will be cancelled and the item re-listed.

SHIPPING

Items are shipped the next working day from payment received.

All items are sent via Royal Mail First Class Delivery, Recorded can be arranged upon request - please contact me before purchasing the item.

All items will be presented well, wrapped in matching tissue paper and packaged safely and appropriately.

RETURNS

Please contact me before returning any items you are unhappy with.

Any returns must be sent back within 7 working days from the date of purchase.

A replacement or refund will be offered for faulty items.

Unworn, clean items in their original condition which do not fit, do not match the product description, or you are unhappy with in any way can be returned within 7 days and refunded if satisfactory upon return.

For items which are not faulty or damaged - return postage is payable by the customer.

For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any customs charges applicable to the item upon entering their country.
