ABOUT ME
After designing for the digital world for more than 10 years, one day I woke up with an urgent need to create things that I could touch. I wanted to be able to hold in my hands the result of my work and I also wanted to wear original, non-mass-produced-made-in-china accessories so I started to make them myself.

My journey began with polymer clay and PMC. I took a one-year silversmithing course and then I turned to fabric, paper and other materials and techniques. Right now I'm working with resin and I think I'll never stop. It's just so much fun!

This is a new beginning.

I make touchable things. I hope you like them.

ABOUT MY FOLKSY SHOP
I’ve summarized below some information that you might find useful. If you have any queries or for custom items requests, please feel free to contact me through Folksy or by email (info@la-tera.com).

PHOTOS

Although I always try to make sure that pictures represent the actual item as much as possible, depending on the weather, time and lighting condition, the colour may be slightly lighter or darker.

PAYMENT METHOD

I only accept Paypal (www.paypal.com). Payments must be received within 48hs of purchase. If there is no contact or response from you after 48hs, the item will be relisted and your order will be cancelled.

SHIPPING

Orders average 1-2 days to complete.

I use Royal Mail, Fist Class. Contact me if you would prefer me to use Signed for/insured.
I ALWAYS keep a certificate of posting.

Unfortunately I cannot take any responsibility for lost or damaged parcels and I won´t be able to offer you a refund due to damages during shipping unless you've opted for the signed for/insured shipping.

DELIVERY TIMES

You should receive your item between 2-5 days of posting.

Personalized items might take longer. Please check the product’s description.

You can keep up to date with your order by logging in to your Folksy account. I will do my best to keep you informed.

If a parcel is returned to me because of an insufficient address you have the option of getting a refund (less shipping costs) or repay to ship the item.

PLEASE make sure your address with Folksy and Paypal are exactly the same! This will end much confusion and delay.

WRAPPING AND LABELLING

All items are shipped in plain bubble wrap envelopes with a discreet Sender label on the back.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

All items are handmade so please don’t expect them to be perfect. Having said that, if you are not satisfied with an item you purchased, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item to discuss the return. Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt. Item must be returned in original, unworn condition and with tags for a full refund (less shipping) within 5 days of contacting me. I'm sorry but shipping charges cannot be refunded in any instance.

Again, you will not receive a refund due to damages during shipping if you did not opt for paying postal insurance.

If an item or order has been made especially for you but is not personalised, and you wish to return it, I may refund less a small charge for doing the commission. If I have made a personalised order for you that I cannot resell I will not refund.

If you want an exchange instead of a refund, you will have a credit in my store for the purchase price (minus shipping) of the item you returned.
