I have been knitting and crocheting for over 25 years and have been selling at local craft fairs and shops for some time. I happened upon the Folksy website and was so impressed, I thought I'd venture into the world of internet sales!

I love making all of the items in my shop but I'm especially hooked on making knitted owls ever since I came up with the first one - I hope you see one you like! Twit-Twoo.

Duplicate sales. Every item is unique and may be on sale at times in other places. In the event of an item selling at the same time in different places the person who made the payment first will be sent the item. I will offer the second person a similar item or offer a full refund.

PAYMENT - please pay by Paypal within three days of committing to buy.
POSTAGE AND PACKAGING - your item will be securely packaged and sent by 2nd class Royal Mail within 3 days of payment being received. I will combine postage for multiple purchases when possible.
SHIPPING ADDRESS - I will use your Paypal address to send the order - please ensure this is correct.
RETURNS - every care is taken to ensure customer satisfaction, but if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me to arrange for a refund including P&P. I will ask that the item is returned unused, in saleable condition and in original packaging within 7 days of you receiving it. The refund will be paid when the item has been received by myself. The return postage is the responsibilty of the buyer except in a case where I have supplied faulty goods or misrepresented the item.
I use polyfil that complies to BS 5852 & safety toy eyes. None of my products are suitable for children under 3 years old. All items made in a smoke-free house.
