Kjmakes was born out of the desire to bridge the gap between high street and high end. Each piece has been handmade and put together for effortless admiration, after all, what woman doesn't want to be noticed.

Kiran Johal is a self taught experimental artist, current collections include hand enameled copper beads alongside wooden butterflies. Kiran believes it is important to create a connection through her pieces and strives to use materials that are tactile, invoking feelings.

Payment

PayPal is the only method of payment. Please note you do not need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal, you can enter your credit or debit card details after going to the checkout on the PayPal website you will need to choose the option that allows you to pay by credit card.

Payment must be made in full before shipping unless otherwise arranged with myself.

Shipping

I ship worldwide using Royal Mail. UK orders are sent via 1st class recorded delivery at a rate of £2.50. Should you require special delivery prices start from £5.05, please contact me before buying.

International orders are sent via Royal Mail Airmail at a rate of £5.50. If you are an international buyer and would like to track your package I can send it via Airsure for an additional £4.90. Please contact me before buying.
Similarly if you want insurance or next-day delivery, please let me know, so I can send you an updated shipping price.

UK shipping usually takes 2-5 days
International shipping - upto 21 days (but usually 7-10 days).
(Shipping fees are non-refundable)
Please note all international customers will be liable for any customs/duty or charges which apply to their specific country.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then I offer a 14 days returns policy. Please contact me by email to advise that you are returning the item and I will then provide you with instructions for returns.

I will then refund you (minus postage) as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days.

If you wish to cancel your order please contact me as soon as possible. If the item has been dispatched you must return the item to me at your own cost. Original postage charges will not be refunded.

It is advisable to send items by registered mail and keep your proof of posting as I cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons and customised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty goods

In the unfortunate event that an item is found to faulty or damaged on receipt please contact me by email as soon as possible and return the item to me within 7 days for a full refund(excluding reimbursement of delivery charges) or exchange.
